another weekend gone...

*sigh* weekends are too short...

friday i came home from work and then went to the mall to get a new cell phone (which sucks and i am taking back today) and tried to pick up the next book in my series, but barnes & noble didn't have it so i bought a book by neil gaiman instead. then i stopped over at best buy to try and get something to fix the scratch on my apc cd...not sure if it works yet, haven't tried it.

after the mall i went to a party over at some friends' house over in oak park. i for once did not get drunk, i only had half a drink the entire night. but it was fun anyway. i left there at about 5 or 6am.

saturday i got up at about 3pm feeling drunk for some unknown reason...but it faded after a nice shower :) then rob (w) called and invited me to a move with him and some of his friends, but we instead decided to spend money on some alcohol and just rent a movie. so we played cards and drank and watched waiting. i left there at about 3am.

sunday for some reason i was wide awake at 10am...when i woke up it felt like noon, but when i looked at my clock it said 10...so i got up and finished my book and did a few things online and went back to sleep at about 12:30. i woke up again at about 2 and took a shower then called jenn to see what she was doing. so i went over there and hung out with her and her roommates (some of which were doing some recording for their band). and around 5 we decided to start drinking...i only had one drink as i had to work this morning, but others were pretty drunk :) i left there at about 9:30 and came home to just kind of wind down before going to sleep.

all in all it was a good weekend. i hope everyone else had a good one too :)
