The Tenth Circle & Book #25

This book is awful. I decided not to finish it. Not even halfway through and I realized it was not for me. I skipped ahead and read the end and it doesn't get any better. It was basically the Steubenville, OH travesty all over again. Except it wasn't as many people. I was angry and disgusted when I read about that when it happened, I don't want to read something like that for fun. I'd say she just took her idea from the headlines, but the book was published in 2006. Doesn't mean she didn't get it from the Duke headlines though. Same thing pretty much.

So I guess Jodi Picoult just isn't for me. She wrote one book that I really like and the rest I'll just ignore.

I got ( The Wicked Will Rise by Danielle Paige )

for my birthday and after the awful mess of the last book, I decided to read this.

I finished it in two days, but it wasn't even 300pgs, so that's not really impressive. I really liked it. I wish I didn't have to wait for the next one to come out. The author loves her cliff hangers... :(
