The Kite Runner and Book 40

I finally finished The Kite Runner a couple weeks ago. I didn't like it very much. I think it's just too heavy of a subject for me. I didn't like the main character much at all and the overall story was just too depressing. It did end on a hopeful note, but it didn't make me like the book.

I started ( Webley and the World Machine by Zachary Chopchinski )

before Thanksgiving, but then things got busy and I forgot about it. I picked it back up a few days ago. I'm enjoying it so far.
