This might be long, so forgive me. . .
Sep. 6th, 2005 02:48 pmOk so I got directions & info for the Ren Fest today, but since some of you are going before I am, I'll post it. You can also get any and all info from here: www.michrenfest.com Parking is free, tickets, I'm not really sure, I have conflicting prices. The first site I went to which has all the ren fests all over America on it(www.renaissance-faire.com), said tickets were $15.95 for adults and $12.95 for students w/ID. The site mentioned above says tickets are $16.95 for adults and $14.95 for students w/ID. You can call to make sure 1-800-601-4848. It's pretty easy to get there. 69 to 75 and get off at the Holly exit #106 and it's a few miles down the road. There will most likely be signs and things. There are maps and directions on the site.
I'm getting my tattoo on Friday after work, so that's really exciting for me. Then I'll be done with them. Hopefully everything will go okay and it won't take forever.
My weekend was pretty busy and I can't remember all of it b/c there was so much going on. I know Friday Dave and I rented a movie and then I went out to a movie w/Beki and Stu. Saturday I don't remember anything except that I slept in since I didn't get home until 3am. Sunday I woke up and went shopping w/Beki & Sarah then went to Stu's and played drinking Trivial Pursuit and watched Dane Cook. Monday I left Stu's after sleeping on the couch and came home and slept some more then went back to Stu's to watch the end of The Last Castle and all of Darby O'Gill and the Little People. Then went to Kelly & Ty's for a while. Now I remember what I did Saturday! Beki and I went to Stu's and sat around for a bit then went over to Spoore's for a minute then back to Stu's and made Lyndsy and Andrew come over for a while and I left at about 2am.
So that's my post. There's probably more I could say, but I can't think right now b/c I'm starving so if I think of something later I'll post it. :)
Pick up line of the week: "Can you give me directions?" "Sure, but if I don't know where to go I always go down. . ."

on 2005-09-07 08:42 pm (UTC)Let me know which days you can go. Rob and I might just go Sunday with you if you can't go Saturday the 17th with Dave and Andrea.
... if that makes any sense at all.
I'd also like to know when Stu can make it so we can plan accordingly...
... I have to make sure there's a jail cell free...
