So the FCC is finally doing something that I like. They have done a study on cable tv and concluded that it would be beneficial to consumers to offer cable a la carte. I've been saying this forever. The only reason I don't have cable is becuase it would cost me about $40/month and I would only watch about 6 channels. There is a sattelite company that offers a la carte which would be nice, except that I can't have sattelite in my apartment. The only problem is who knows how long it will be until its available on the market. They're only just now in discussions with the major companies.
