I am that special kind of awesome that injures myself in ways you would think impossible.
Last month I stabbed the roof of my mouth with a Pringle hard enough to leave a hole.
A couple weeks after that I sliced open the inside of my bottom lip on a popcorn husk (hull? The little clear yellow bits that come off the kernel). That then got infected and took two weeks to heal. It was awful.
Today I was emptying the nasty water from my daughter's pool and managed to cut my toe. With the pool. It's not a hard plastic pool, it's a soft bottom with the pop up sides that fall over if you look at them wrong.
I was pulling it up to get the last bit of water out and lost my grip. The side fell out of my hand and somehow managed to fall right in the soft spot between my toe nail and the edge of my toe. It still hurts several hours later.
Some times I think everything hates me. :(
