Writing

Worked on my Labyrinth fic today. Felt good to get something accomplished there. I managed to stitch two more parts together and add some to another part.

I think I know what to do with the part I was stuck on as well! It won't be as I originally imagined it,but I think it will work better for the story I've written. I think that's what was causing my block. I kept trying to force a square peg in a round hole. So hopefully now I can get past it and get it all put together.

I did a word count today and I'm at almost ten thousand words! Never thought it would be this long.

Books 28 & 29

Finished City of Dark Magic and put a hold on the next one from the library. While I wait for that to come in the mail, I'm trying to work through the stack I have sitting by my bed.

I read ( Blood Sins by Kay Hooper )

. It's part of a series, I read the one before it last year or maybe the year before, I can't remember. It really wasn't important to the story. It did mention the other book a little, but explained things enough that I didn't feel I was missing anything. It was ok. A nice quick read.

Currently I'm reading ( From the Corner of his Eye by Dean Koontz )

. I feel like I've read it before, but I only remember parts of it. It's highly possible I've read it, I've read a large amount of Dean Koontz. Even with that feeling, I'm still enjoying the book. I can't remember how it ends, so that's not ruined at least.
