House 5.09: Last Resort

lavendersparkso last night's tv was dissapointing.. all my shows were reruns. then i remembered i hadn't watched my recording of house from last week. so i watched that instead.
Warning: Spoilers! two obsessive people locked in a room with a gun... i'm surprised no one ended up dead. however, as much as they tried to play up the intensity in this episode, i wasn't feeling it. guy just wasn't crazy enough to be believable. i was never worried that he would kill someone. shoot them, yes, but not kill. and they're in a hospital so it's not like a leg wound will kill somebody. the two people injured were the first to be released.
i don't know. my interest in this show is kind of waning... house has gone soft. i have no interest in the whole house/cuddy romance. i'd rather their relationship go back to the way it was, full of inuendo and sly comments. i liked the idea of a romance between cuddy and house's detective. whatever happened to that guy anyway? he just kind of dissapeared like the writers forgot about him or something.
i think i'll watch to the end of this season, but i might find something else to watch next season. unless something drastic happens. you know, like house gets his balls back.
