2 books finished

I finished Vamipre's Executioner on Friday. It was a decent story until the last few chapters. Then it was like the author completely abandoned the story she started and just tacked on the ending she wanted without actually wrapping up the story. Plot holes and all kinds of out of character actions. It kind of ruined the whole book for me.

I also finally finished Webley and the World Machine last night. I really enjoyed this book, though the ending was a little off and not a real ending as far as I'm concerned. It does set up the next book, but the action of the story wasn't finished before it went into the next one in my opinion. But it was a well written immersive story.

OMG! But tbh, very reassuring when it comes to believing in your own writing, and that you can do better than *that*! Sometimes even published authors suck. Yay?!

Right?? I don't know what the editing process is for eBooks, but some of them are pretty subpar in my opinion. Its like the authors are submitting a rough draft or something sometimes.
