The Treatment

I finished this morning. It doesn't feel right to say I enjoyed this book given the subject matter, but I did enjoy how well written it was. The twists in the story and the misdirection with key parts kept me guessing who the killer was. The interactions with the characters and how they handled different things was believable and fit with the story. I didn't get the happy ending I wanted, but I think the ending fit the story well and it was a better ending than the one I had initially wanted.
