Fringe: 2.01: A New Day in the Old Town

lavendersparkWarning: Spoilers! Ok. Lots to ponder here. So we saw in the season finale last season that Peter is apparently from the other universe. Olivia went there and talked to William Bell. Then woke up speaking Greek. Specific Greek. Did Olivia speak to Peter's mom? Hmmm.
Poor Charlie. I liked him. But I knew he was dead as soon as Peter and Amy got to where he was. Just too convenient for the shape shifter to be dead so soon. Plus we saw his replacement in Amy, especially since Charlie wasn't really part of the Fringe department to begin with.
Speaking of Amy... she's a little shady to me. What's she doing with the crime scene photos of old cases and the Bible? Hmmm.
And Broyles and Nina?? I vaguely remember something shady about the pilot episode, but I can't remember what it is. I've gone back and watched it, but can't see it now. Something strange about their relationship. Hmmm.
